Full home renovations
We take on whole-home and multi-room renovations, including layout changes, opening up walls, and kitchens as part of a larger renovation. We coordinate the electrical, plumbing and mechanical work with trusted local trades, so you have one contract and one point of contact.
Home additions
An addition has to tie into the house you already have, structurally and visually. Why does structure matter so much on a renovation?
Most renovation surprises are structural: a beam that’s undersized, a wall that turns out to be load-bearing, or an old addition that was never tied in properly. Framing is Justin’s specialty. We look at the structure during planning, before the price is set, so the surprises get dealt with on paper instead of halfway through your project.
