A small, owner-run builder in the West Kootenays. Justin runs every project himself.
The builder behind the name
Legacy Built Homes is run by Justin Creaser. Justin started in construction as a teenager, building stairs and finishing basements before he was out of high school. From there he framed houses for custom home builders in Kelowna, including large custom homes with complex rooflines, before starting Legacy Built. He has lived and built in the West Kootenays since 2018.
Today Legacy Built is a small in-house crew of carpenters led by Justin, working with trusted local trades. We take on a limited number of custom homes each year, along with larger renovations and additions, so every project gets Justin’s direct attention from the first site visit to the final walkthrough.

Where we build
We build across the West Kootenays, including Castlegar, Nelson, Rossland, Trail, Christina Lake, Nakusp and Kootenay Bay. We work with permit offices across the region, including the RDCK, the RDKB and the cities of Nelson, Trail and Castlegar.
